Patch installations problem.

Hey everyone,
i want to update my Sims 3 to 1.57.62.
Here my problem:
Sims 3 is installed to this path : "H:\Spiele\Electronic Arts\Die Sims 3"
Under "[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sims\The Sims 3]" in the registry it have the right path in "Exepath" and "Install Dir".
When i start the manually updater it automatically changed to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Die Sims 3".
And this is where it installed the patch. In the wrong folder.
Why ? And how can i fix it ?

Hello,
This doesn't normally happen. Are you sure you have installed The Sims 3 base games and the expansions to a different drive?
