sims 3 Crashing after installing pets

Have you done steps 2-4 of this guide? Bear in mind that,

Second, do you have any CC/Mods?
nAh i dont have any cc or mods i guess th only way is uninstall pets but after i do that i take a longer time to load is that normal?
