Well, congratulations to your 24th ! But as far as I'm concerned, I never really paid attention to things like being allowed to smoke/drink at a certain age; where I am, you can *legally* drink beer and smoke from age 16 onwards, liquors/ "stronger" stuff from age 18. Of course, when you're younger, the prospect of stuff like being legally able to smoke/drink seems cool, at least in most "Western" societies, but I never was too much into that. Now, I don't drink that often anymore, but when I do allow myself an occasional glass of wine or any liquor, I try to enjoy it - so you could say I prefer less quantity, but more quality.
