For me, this site isn't accessible too. And if you go to Latest News section and serach for the thread of this site (namely Official Mediafire Alternative), you will realise a lot of people cannot access this site too.

Hello,
Please follow the following steps :
(1) You can download torrents for the expansions'/stuff packs' installation from www.games4theworld.org.
(2) Extract them via WinRAR ONLY.
(3) Download the manual patch here and apply it.
(4) Double-click setup.exe to start installation. When you are asked to enter a serial code, simply copy and paste (one of) the serial code(s) in the installation guide of each expansion/stuff pack.
(5) Download the latest Ultimate Fix here. Afterwards, open the folder #crack from the Ultimate Fix and drag and drop the content inside to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin.
(6) Your game should work like a charm!
