Quantum Power Pack Installation Failure. [SOLVED]

I've recently performed a clean install of The Sims 3, some EPs, and Into the Future EP.  Followed the install instructions, I've been playing the game perfectly fine with the most up to date patch.  For some reason the limited edition Quantum Power Pack fails to install even though everything is up to date.  

The error is as follows: 

EP11LimitedSET.Sims3Pack: Installation failed: Please make sure your game has the latest Software Updates and try again.  Done!

Can anyone provide suggestions as to what I can do to fix this problem?

try installing it without crack. it might be that the limited stuff blocks installs on cracked version. i doubt it but might be worth testing

Edit: Tried without luck. Still having the problem.

You need to decrapify the sims3pack before installing it.

This error is an error caused by the "lock" of store content preventing you to install the official store content without buying (I know, greedy EA).

Follow the instructions correctly and you will be fine.

cat2006house, you are absolutely correct.  I decrapified the Sims3Pack and it installed without a hitch!  Thank you so much for your support.

Edit:  I'm so thankful that it was such an easy fix rather than something like a complete reinstall of The Sims 3.

Nope, that squares me away just fine.  This problem is solved and everything else appears to be running smoothly.  Again thank you for your help.
