Floating head store item. Empty Floating head store item.

I have a floating head/shown feet issue.  The only clothes I have are store clothes.  I have mods and store fixes and I have removed both to test and still have the problem.  The item is a YA/A female full outfit under everyday and swimwear. I also checked the other ages to make sure it wasn't in the wrong category, it isn't.   What can I do?

Hello and sorry for the delay,

Do you still have that problem ? Can you try clearing all cache files, in My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 ?





-CASPartCache.package
-compositorCache.package
-scriptCache.package
-simCompositorCache.package
-socialCache.package
-plus the contents of the folders "WorldCaches" & "Thumbnails"





And can you post a screenshot of this glitch ? Let us know how it worked ! Smile
