Sims 3 updated yet not.

ok, so I have the base game myself but decided to download some expansion packs. First I only downloaded Late Night and University and everything was fine, then i wanted to download more expansions. I followed the instructions of the companion, but for some reason it didn't work. I then tried some off the fixes, however nothing worked.

Then I tried the ultimate fix and finally my game wanted to start, but then it crashes. it boots to just the loading screen and then stops working, and when I try to delete me mods it says that I have installed an unofficial game that does not compare to the recent update. But I am playing on version 1.63.


as mentioned I own the base game myself, but I have downloaded and installed: World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Town Life, Master Suite, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, and University.

I did. Downloaded the ultimate fix for PC, mirror 1. It's not too long ago I did it.

Please open the UltimateFix.rar file, open the .pdf file inside and check for a date for me, please!  

If it says anything other than 31-10-2013, your Ultimate Fix is outdated.  The 'unofficial modification' error is prevalent in users that accidentally download and use an outdated Fix.

I just checked it says "Updated on: 31-10-2013". Sorry this is so complicated :I I'll try and do step 10 to 12 again and see if it works

The game says I have the latest update and there are no other updates available
