Have you managed to download the game sucessfully from the .iso?
Then, go to the Medieval Sims folder in your applications, then right click The sims medieval.app to "show package contents". Then, click
Contents
Resources
And it should be there. You need to find "Cedegar Game Name", and look to the line below it.

OK. I went into Contents
then Resources
and opened Info.plist with Textedit
But I don't see Cedegar Game Name anywhere.
This is what popped up:
CFBundleDevelopmentRegion
English
CFBundleExecutable
${EXECUTABLE_NAME}
CFBundleIconFile
tgInstall
CFBundleIdentifier
com.transgaming.tginstall-SIMS3
CFBundleInfoDictionaryVersion
6.0
CFBundleName
${PRODUCT_NAME}
CFBundlePackageType
APPL
CFBundleSignature
TGIN
CFBundleVersion
1.0
NSMainNibFile
MainMenu
NSPrincipalClass
tgApplication
then Resources
and opened Info.plist with Textedit
But I don't see Cedegar Game Name anywhere.
