Help! My game crashes no matter what I do.

Here is what I did: 
Disabled DEP for ALL exe files for every expansion pack.
Updated my graphics
Used the CCleaner, there were no registry errors
Used the Ultimate Fix
Uninstalled my game then reinstalled it taking every step mentioned in the instalment thread
Made TS3W a shortcut on my desktop and used the shortcut to start my game, running as administrator

What happens is that the game starts up fine but when I select the town and it starts to load, suddenly the game switches off and I get the message saying "The Sims 3 has stopped working". My PC has all of the requirements for Sims 3 and I bought extra RAM so that it has all of the memory it could possibly need.

I did, yet that didn't fix things.

I can play games in pre-made towns, apparently but when I try to build my own town it's different. While I'm able to save the game, I can't load the town again once I've quit.
