Sims 3 v 1.66 and Disc Error Empty Sims 3 v 1.66 and Disc Error

Hey guys,


I've already downloaded and installed the Ultimate fix before i installed the v 1.66. Though I had the problem of copying the "all expansions released including before and after Generations" to the Sims 3 bin, but this "You need permission to perform this action" popped up.


Besides that, I tried starting the game. The disc error popped up as well. It's frustrating. It's been sooooo long since I've played, I just wanna play.  Help  Help  Help  Help   Sad

hi there f5yes u r doing it wrong do not copy the files from other than the crack folder located in the ultimate fix and copy the files from the crack folder of ultimate fix and paste them exactly to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin and not the expansion packs happy simming

Chowdary is correct. All you need to do is apply the #crack folder. The rest of the files are there for using the launcher to update, they're the original game files.
