Disc Authentication Failure. [SOLVED]

Greeting to All!

I hope I am posting this in the right area, if I am no sorry about that!

After installing the 1.67 patch and the ultimate fix and putting it correctly for that patch, I get a Disc Authentication Failure! Sad

That usually means the Ultimate Fix is not correctly applied.
Please copy the files from the #Crack folder to the base game install folder.

My base game was purchased, if that what you asking? but most of the expansion is from here, and this is the first time that had trouble with a patch, because I read other posts before asking, but this issue is stubborn lol!

Hello,

In one way or the other, you probably didn't apply the fix correctly. See steps #3 and #4 here:

Read these steps #3 and #4 very carefully. Also, when you copy & paste over the correct files to the base game location, you need to OVERWRITE the existing files. So in Windows Vista/7/8 choose COPY AND REPLACE for all files, when you paste the crack files into the base game location.

P.S. If you used the "temporary fix" from here, please remove that "NRAAS_NoCD" again.

I revise the files and re-read what all you have send me and to fallow, but still having the same prob. I tried to post pics of the folders but doesn't appear here. scratch

At this point, there is not really much else to suggest. You can try disabling your anti-virus program completely, and then adding the whole "Program files folder" (C:\Program files(x86)) on your computer to the "exceptions" of your anti-virus software. Then re-do the steps I mentioned in my previous reply. But this 'phenomenon' is rather rare (the phenomenon that you have to disable your anti-virus in order to install/play a cracked game).

Other than that, in case of doubt, re-read the link I posted again.

If you still can't get it working, download and install "TeamViewer" from here: http://www.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe

After you've done that, write a PM to a "Moderator or a "Sims Helper". The Helper can then briefly take control of your computer and do the application of the #crack.

I did a restore point before installing the 1.67 patch and re-install the patch with you suggestion of turning off the antivirus(Avast Premier) for a while and add the fix and it worked!!! Thanks you guys so much for helping me!
