Downloading Uni Life - can't even open the setup?

I torrented the University Life expansion and opened with 7zip. The first step of the installation guide says to open the sims3up09setup.exe but when i go to open it, i get this:



I have bought the base game and had it installed for awhile, and also have successfully installed Late Night, Ambitions, Generations and Pets from you guys

can you help me out at all? im pulling my hair out over here lol

Try downloading and using win rar...Also extract the files first...
