Help Installing The Sims 3...again.

So something happened where I had to do a factory refresh on my computer and now I need to reinstall all of my sims 3 games. Luckily I was able to retrieve all of the files since I saved them. I updated my game to the latest version, applied that crack, applied the cracks to all of the packs that I had before actually installing the packs. I tried to start the game but it asked for a registration code. What do I do?

Have you tried the Ultimate Fix?
Since you said "applied the cracks to all of the packs" I would assume you haven't tried the Ultimate Fix yet!
Please re-do steps #3 and 4 in this article:

Try that and see if it helps....

It still asks me for the registration code
do I need to remove the cracks or something?

Ok so I applied the crack that was in the base game folder, updated my game to the latest version and applied the ultimate fix crack but when I try to start it, it still asks for the registration code. There are 2 launchers  in my game, Sims3Launcher and Sims3LauncherW does it matter which one I use?

Ok so I kind of got it working. I can start it up and I've installed Seasons, Generations, University Life, Supernatural and Master Suite Stuff. still having problems with the other downloads though, but I'll download the other expansions to see if that fixes it. Anyway when I open the launcher and start the game, it skips the intro because I have mods installed, which I wanted to see, however, it doesn't show any of my old saves or the towns even though I know they're there.

All of my expansions work now but the New Game button is grayed out, no old saves and it doesn't show any towns.

When your menu is blank it USUALLY means you applied the ultimate fix incorrectly.
If your game is not updated to latest version do steps #2,3,4 in this article.
And if your game is update to latest version just skip step #2.
That should do it!

Ok so I followed those instructions again but it didn't work. I thought maybe I didn't apply the fix to the expansions so I reapplied it but nope.

uninstalled everything, reinstalled, applied the fix and everything but my menu is still blank.

I FOUND THE PROBLEM WOOO
The new update was messing me up.
I just downgraded back to 1.63 and now it's fixed. -_-
