install out of order? [SOLVED]

Hey everyone! I've had this question for a while so here goes...
I've decided to download "Katy Perry Sweet Treats" and I was wondering:

a) is it possible to install after all the other expansions? (I have every EP + FIX + latest update)
b) if I do install it, should I reinstall the ultimate fix (all the steps)?

For the a) I think you CAN install out of order, but EA advises the packs be installed in order to reduce lags, problems, etc... Personally, I like them to be in order, but from what I've read, they don't have to be. However some people do experience reduced speed.

For b) I wouldn't like to say anything wrong. Did you read https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly ?

Yes, I've read it. I saw some forums where they said you could install out of order. The thing is, I have everything installed correctly but I wanted to install Katy Perry without having to un-install and reinstall everything

There's no known issues with installing the games out of order (in fact, I've done it both ways, and have shown no performance issues either way). So that is perfectly fine. Once you have the game installed, we do recommend redoing the manual patch and ultimate fix, as that helps make sure the games are going to work properly together.

I installed and applied the fix again   everything works perfectly! Thank you so much!
