Monte Vista and Barnacle Bay don't appear on menu [SOLVED]

Hey
I've tried to install both neighborhoods by doubleclicking and putting them on the Electronic Arts downloads directory. Every time I do it it says is already installed, but they still won't appear on the menu when I start the game... I never had this problem with the previous versions, was it because I updated to the 1.67? Do I have to install something for the neighborhoods or do something more than decrapifying?
