hi ive downloded monte vista a few times but it wont work is tere a porblem with instaling it?

it error when i try to open to install, but ive installed it now, i have a new laptop and havnt got all my stuff like winrar etc install i had to install quikpar for anoter item, and since installing that monte vista worked, so guess the error was on my end thanks for the hel though lol
