Please don't post any links to Warez sites (Piratebay, KAT, etc.) anymore.
This is strictly forbidden on this forum. Just mention the NAME of the torrent, and the uploader, but don't post direct links to torrents next time.As for your question, this is a very old upload, which is not listed on the (current) official site here:

I'll notify the Admin about this - stay tuned. But if this is not supported anymore, just look on Piratebay for that game, from another uploader.

Unfortunately I don't have it in my database any more, so I can't seed it for you.
That specific download is part of the "old" Games4theworld. I can't get any download speed here either, so I'm afraid you'll have to look for it somewhere else.
Just search Google for something like "The Sims Life Stories torrent" and you'll find plenty of downloads!
