Another Restaurant Empire II installation problem. [SOLVED]

Hi,
I have been browsing web all day to find answer to my problem or at least to similiar one, but havent find anything.
Currently I have Win8.
The problem is that after extracting content of torrent to new folder (via WinRar) and doubleclicking setup.exe RestaurantEmpireII - InstallShield Wizzard will appear. There si a Preparing Setup, which always shows following error message: Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.
Error Code: -5009 : 0x8002802b
Error Information:

>Ctor\ObjectWrapper.cpp (402)
>Kernel\Component.cpp (1163)
>Kernel\CABFile.cpp (389)
>SetupDLL\SetupDLL.cpp (1541)
Well, i tried restarting PC, running as Administrator and various compatibility modes, at which setup freezes after launch.
So, please, if there is someone capable of helping me...help!

Oh yeah, of course. Even thought this idea is not coming from me but it works and I hope it will help somebody else...
I found file InstallShield in C: - Program Files - Common Files and rename it with adding .old to InstallShield.old . Then installation went great. In the Common Files, now you can find InstallShield.old and also InstallShield.
It also applies to Hotel Giant 2 installation, with which I had the same problem. I think it will even work for other programmes with which you can have this same problem.
