need help installing new towns

Two days ago I have downloaded the Dragon Valley (Golden Edition), Midnight Hollow (Golden) and Lunar Lakes, all from G4TW.
I also have a base game and following EPs: University Life, Ambitions, Generations, Island Paradise, World Adventures, Pets, Seasons, Showtime, Late Night, Supernatural, and SPs: Town Life Stuff, Movie Stuff and Outdoor Living Stuff (all EPs and SPs are from G4TW). I applied the manual patch (version 1.67) and did all the steps with Ultimate Fix after installing all of these. The game works like new. Now I'd want to install the towns.
What are the correct steps to get it done, or what is the best thing to do, so I won't have any problems with the game? I want to be sure what to do before trying because I don't want the game to crush or not start again and to have to reinstall everything again since it's gonna take me at least few hours if not all day to do so.
