Sims 3 Late Night paparazzi no cameras , no one comes to autograph sessions.

Okay so everything used to work perfectly, now there are no paparazzi at all in my game, unless I manually assign them using a mod, even then they function like regular paparazzi following my sims etc. but they don't even have cameras. Also, whenever I hold an autograph session no one comes at all.    I'm almost definite it some kind of bug, I recently made a new account on my laptop and my sims games transfered over to the account, maybe some files got messed up during the process? Maybe it's one of the mods? It didn't start happening until recently.  

Twallan's nraas register, story progression, careers, and master controller:cheats , intergration, progression. I use the register mod to manually apply paparazzi, but I don't think that's it, because I've done it before and it worked fine.
