Lot Placement

So, I know each lot has a sub-type.

But I'm trying to place the Plumbbomb Backdrops Studio lot in Moonlight Falls, because some of my Sims want to get a job in the Actor/Director career path. Thing is, I can't place the lot anywhere because it doesn't have a sub-type. So I can't edit any of the lots to that specific type. I have no idea what to do. I guess the lot just can't be placed?

Oh! Never mind! I bulldozed the lot, then set the type as "Visitors Allowed".

I didn't think to bulldoze the lot beforehand. ^^

I seemingly recall that there is even something similar, in the lot types, called "movie studio" or something...but I may be mistaken of course. Because if you choose "Visitors Allowed", you can't buy ownership of the studio. I like doing that with msot of these lots in my game, since I then can get a weekly amount of money from them, although the initial "investment" may be expensive - it really pays off. Very Happy

If you want to go one step further, you can also go into edit-town mode, and choose the lots, and click "build/buy". Then you place the "gypsy-wagon" from buy-mode (I think it's under "Collections" and then "Supernatural"), and your sim can become a psychic.
