Unable to start game-0x0175dcbb

Hello i have tried really hard countless times,to instal and enjoy sims 3 but that won't seem to happen for me Razz

i have installed the base game and expansions step by step and watched all the possible fixes to my problem from previous posts but still nothing works for me.....everything i do when i install any expansions this message pops up,base game works fine by itself but that's not good enough for me...i really want to enjoy sims 3 but i am about to give up

Hello and sorry for the late reply,

Please have a look at the following video here, at first:

If your Windows is a 32-bit version, then the registry location is a bit different than shown in the video: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Sims.

Next, after you've done the video solution, please make sure to read the following guide, again:

Make sure that you have at least one of the expansions mentioned in step #1 installed. If that is already the case, please re-do the steps from #2 to #4, very carefully.
