No Neighborhoods to select from. Empty No Neighborhoods to select from.

After installing Into The Future (Following all steps) My game has no neighborhoods nor any setting buttons. I did everything as said. I have the origin base game.

Most likely you used an incompatible crack for the game. Are you sure you did the steps from #2 to #4 here, correctly ?
