Script omniture problem. [SOLVED]

Hello,
When I open the launcher I get a script error message:
An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 300
Char: 2
Error: The Specified module could not be found
Code: 0
URL: http://ssl.resources.ea.com/omniture/s_code_remote_v02.js?_=1407138555104
When I continue running the scripts, the game loads till the game menu (where you choose the household) but you can't select your game, create new game nor even exit : nothing shows up, the game menu is empty.
I uninstalled and reinstalled from scratch but I keep getting the same problem.
Could anyone help please?
