Running Unofficial Game modification of TS3 Problem?

You can quit or continue and I had continued and it's buggy with blank options and just not working. So perhaps I did something wrong when installing. I would really appreciate any help in trying to resolve it. Thank you!

You probably didn't apply the "Ultimate fix" correctly. Make sure to do the steps from #2 to #4 here, correctly.

Really, ONLY do these steps, and your game should work then. Later on, if you want, you can add more expansions, but after doing so, you must repeat these steps from #2 to #4. Also, if you have any mods installed, please make sure to re-download and install UPDATED versions of your mods too, in order to avoid problems later on.
