No text after installing The Sims 3 Pets

Hello, I have this little problem.. ok BIG problem. I bought The Sims 3 Starter Pack on Origin, but I really wanted The Sims 3 Pets, so I downloaded it from here, installed it and it was all ok
Then, I turned on the game, loading screen everything fine, menu.... no letters at all, can't press anyhting, my save gone (but it's still in the folder, i checked) and i'm pretty sure i did everything the istructions told me. I uninstalled the Pets game and started playing the normal game, but the problem was still there. I unistalled evrything, expansions, Stuffs. Then downloaded the fixed version for Pets and installed The Sims 3 again. This time was all the same  please help.

Regarding your issue, did you read and follow the instructions of the guide?  You can find it here:

If not, please check them out and follow them carefully. They are important for the proper functioning of the game.

I had followed the instructions on the guide and I also tried to change the language with 'Regedit', when I changed the language it said :'The Sims 3 Launcher has stopped working' or it turns on and the problem is still there.

You should make sure that neither the game nor the Launcher are running on the background before attempting to change the language in the registry. 

And, I'm sorry, but I didn't really understand what you meant at the end. Did you manage to change the language and the problem persists? Or the change wasn't saved because of the error message?

The game or the launcher wasn't running in the background, and I'm sorry, what I meant at the end was, that the language did change but i still didn't have the text.

Did you make sure to re-download the Ultimate Fix? This problem is usually caused by outdated cracks. Also, keep in mind that if your game is from Origin the base game folder is found at Program Files\Origin Games\The Sims 3. This is where you should apply the Fix. 

Make sure that you downloaded the latest Ultimate Fix.

Be sure to read all of the steps carefully. The link at the Step #3 is the one to download the Ultimate Fix. Please download it and follow the instructions at the Step #4.

One recommendation: please don't double post. You can edit the first of these posts to add more information by clicking "Edit" at the top of it. Sorry, it's against the Forum rules.

Regarding your question: if you follow the instructions from the link where you downloaded the Ultimate Fix, you shouldn't have any problems. You just need to install all of the EPs and SPs you want. Then, follow the Steps from #2 to #4 again and you're good to go!
