Sims 4 install errors

When i start installing sims 4,
3 types of errors occured,
error num 1-
(12007 http://download.microsoft.com/B/C/3/BC31082E-81B1-48D5-AA89-96DD2B853126/vcredist_x86.exe)
than i click ok,than the following installer informathon appears
(WARNING 4154.Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 x86 prerequisite was not correctly installed.continue installation of sims 4.)
than i press yes.than instalation finish,but a fatal error box appearer.(the dynamic library "rld.dll"failed to initialize (E1103).
Than i tried to play the game.clicked the sims 4 icon on dextop.but my pc restart.pl give me suggetion to cure these errors thus i cn play the game.
(i stoped antyvirus while instaling the game)
