Keep getting a blurry screen problem [SOLVED]

First of all, thank game4theworld so much for releasing the sims 4 download, I've waited for ages to play this game. however when I opened it to play, everything worked fine except the fact that the screen was so blurry that I could not see my sim face clearly. I tried to increase the graphic quality to ultra, yet nothing changed. I don't know what to do. I appreciate all the help.

I notice that the blurry problem only occured when entering a household to play

I see. Have you tried changing some graphics options to see if there's any change? For example, turn off Laptop mode if you have it enabled. And lower (or raise) some other options making sure to check each time you change anything. Try lowering Post-Processing.
