Restaurant Empire installation problems. [SOLVED]

Hi
I love your downloads and I've never had any kind of trouble with them, but I've just downloaded Restaurant Empire (an old game to play in my old netbook) and it doesn't work, I already checked and I do have what it takes to run it (even in my old computer).
The thing is the game seems to install properly but at 100% it feezes, I've tried to install it in my old WinXP netbook, but also in my new Win7 high performance laptop. I've reinstalling, deleting and restarting, but nothing seems to work.
Help please?

Have you tried starting the game as an Admin on your Windows 7 PC? Does it give an error?

Yes, I've tried an it gives the same error. I only tried to install it on the Win7 PC in order to find out if something was wrong, but I'll actually like to play the game on the old XP computer.

What else can I do?

Sorry, miscommunication, I thought the game wouldn't start up.
As for the installation problem, try this, please:

Open the .rar file you downloaded using only WinRar, which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org . (If you use any other software than WinRar, like WinZip or 7-zip, the files will get messed up!)
When you've opened the file using WinRar, select áll the files in it and drag & drop them to a folder on your Desktop. When the extraction is done, close the .rar file and open the folder on your Desktop.
Now, start by reading the included "# Installation Guide.txt" and you should be able to get the game to work yourself. Good luck!

I've tried again, following your instructions and the installation guide, but it still has the same problem. The setup gets stucked at 100%.
Do you think there's anything else I can do?
