Problem installing Ultimate Fix

I was going to update the game but i could not. 

I downloaded the original game upload from G4TW when it came out and it did not come with a folder called “__Installer” in the download and there is not one in the saved folder. there was also no “vcredist_x86.exe” and “vcredist_x64.exe” that came with.

No clue how to fix this problem. Cant update without it.
I checked all folders and all the downloaded files.

Did you already install the game on your computer? If not, then first install it. If you did, then that _Installer folder must be at Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. Are you sure you are looking in this folder, and not in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4?
