Ultimate fix problem + In Game Problem.

First, i have downloaded the ultimate fix and followed the steps on the video, but now it will not let me update my sims 3 game. i keep clicking update but nothing happens. computer is not frozen or anything, just will not let me update. In the sims 3 screen it says Oops, you have take a wrong turn, so i tried refreshing but still nothing. need help with this.

Second, the reason i downloaded the ultimate fix was because i keep getting saving error code 12, and also sims 3 will not let my saved games load. none of them. i have even started new games and those won't even load, it says " A serious error has occur, it is strongly recommended you restart the application". i have done a full clean of my computer, installed and reinstalled sims 3 but still nothing. i have tried turning off all my other programs like some people have suggested but it still didn't work. i have also tried renaming my sims 3 saved games but that still have not worked. i have no idea what to do anymore, so frustrated i might just throw the game out. please help. i am at my wits end !

Alright. i have done that, but im still having problems with saving games and loading saves.
It will save once but the second time it says error code 16. so i rename it everytime. but then after i turn it off, and go back it says a serious error has occured loading sims 3 appaloosa plains, strongly recommended you restart the application. I really have no idea how to fix this, and the ultimate fix did nothing. i did everything right step by step. need help on how to fix this please

That's correct, the Ultimate Fix doesn't fix in-game problems, it's there to update your game safely, which we did now.
