Lifetime Wishes, 2 not showing up

Hello,
So I have the Late Night expansion that I got from here, and I wanted my Sim to be the actor, but for the lifetime wish of acting one, but it doesn't have the option nor does it for the director one. I do have like Master Mixologist and the others also, just not those two.

Do you have any mods, and if yes, can you remove the mods temporarily ? Also, repeat the steps from #2 to #4 here:

This basically means, re-apply the latest "manual patch" first, and then re-apply the latest Ultimate fix too. Good luck and keep us posted !

Umm... this may be a stupid question, but what are mods??

"Mods" are files in the .package file format, which you add into the location (My) Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages.
They usually modify in-game mechanisms, but I guess you don't have any mods anyway. Yes, apply the manual patch + Ultimate fix and keep us posted !
