My sim has glasses, with weird purple lenses that are completely opaque, and I have no idea why...

Hello,

Can you try removing the glasses in CAS and then return to live mode ? After that, put on the glasses again and see if the problem persists; good luck !

Are these custom-content glasses or glasses that were already included in the game ? And when did you realize that glitch - was it always that way with the glasses ?

And if nothing works, could you live without those glasses ? Smile

They're in game glasses, I don't have any custom content. They were always purple. 

Yes, I was just wondering if there was a fix.

Seems I also got this kind of problem--but well, it's only visual problem, so I try to ignore the purple-lenses glasses anyway, since it only affects the UI

It's a glitch caused by laptop mode, or at least that was the problem in my game  Very Happy

Thanks for the feedback ! Yes, indeed, this "laptop mode" can sometimes cause graphics glitches, like graphics problems with pools and such...

From your reply, I gather that turning the "laptop mode" on/off did not work for you ? If so, then I'm out of explanations sorry. Should I leave the thread open, or do you want it closed ? And do you have any other questions maybe that we can help with ?
