The Sims 3 CAW all Resources from EPs, & Store Worlds

Can somebody help me find a trusted downloads with all the resources for example Terrain paint,Roads,Trees etc From the EPs and Store worlds? 
really want to make a world that incorporates all EPs,Sps and Store items

I guess you just need to have the game and all the desired content installed. Then it will appear for you to use in Create a World. That's how I work with it, at least. Good luck!
