First of all thank you for you donation, the reason I didn't reply is nothing personal. Usually I reply within 24 hours, but yesterday - you're lucky - was an exception. I was too busy to reply any e-mails. Sending like 10 e-mails won't help either, mate.

Besides, in the first e-mail I asked you to contact me via the Forum's chatbox, so NOT via e-mail, because I can't directly reply via e-mail; it's a lot easier via a chat. So for now, please contact me via the Forum's chatbox when I'm online. I'll then join you and fix the problem for you. Just be patient, please.

Look, I'm a normal person like you and I live in a different time zone. Instead of being thankful that I even try to help you with your problem, you complain? Did I ask anything else from you other than just being patient? I don't work for a company's Tech Support, available at specific times; I'm just doing this as a hobby and when I have free time, yes, I will help you as much as I can.

Ok then, good luck finding an uploader who actually tries to help their downloaders with problems and actually cares about them.

sry but you wore few times online ... and i really spented around 20 hours looking in forum chat ..... you could say look i might be aveleabe at 1.00am to 5.00 am at UTC/GMT +1 hour ..... not let me w8ing that long i am adware that you might be bussy but how would you fell if you wore w8ing someone and he dont show up or atlast say when he might be aweleable .... and i really did say thx with donation but dude i really spented too much time watching that empty chat

Yes, I understand that, but you should understand my side too. First of all I'm not obligated to give any support/help at all, I'm just doing this because I like to do it and it's like a hobby for me. It's not about donations or whatever, I'm here for everyone.
