CTD in CAS

CTD in CAS

The game keeps crashing in CAS for some reason. I removed most of the Mod MODs and it still happens and I put every single folder in antivirus exception(I use AVG). Sometimes it just hangs a bit as if not responding and crashes, any help? The event viewer has it as a 1000 application error, any help?
I can go past CAS and start playing but sometimes if I edit hair or clothing this happens.
