Hello Bondon48 and welcome,
Do you have any mods ? If yes, remove ALL of them for now. Next, see this here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t857-the-sims-3-crashes
This here is written for Sims 3, but can you do step #2, and apply the steps to your TS4.exe, in your base game location of Sims 4 ? The file is located in C:\Program files(x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin. Or C:\Program files(x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin if you have a legit game.
After you added that file to the "DEP exceptions", try this:
If your Windows is a 64-bit version AND if your computer has 4 GB of RAM or more, then focus on step #3 of the above guide in particular. Download the "4 GB patch" from here.
http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php
After downloading, double-click on that 4 GB patch and in the next prompt, choose the TS4.exe in your base game location. Usually, that's C:\Program files(x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin. Wait for the message "executable successfully patched" and close the 4 GB patch.
If you don't have 4GB of RAM and/or a 32-bit Windows, forget the step.
Now try the game again. Good luck !

Re: Sims 4 crashing with the new fix (SOLVED)
Ok. It didn't work and now I have a TS4.par in the install folder now. 4gbpatch says "couldn't open executable" and I did add the TS4 to the DEP
//EDIT
Problem is NOW SOLVED! I'm pretty happy. I'd deleted everything from the The Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts AND IMPORTANTLY i had the CAS demo from origin. I'm guessing they were the problems and at the loss of my save. atleast we know it now works. Thanks again G4TW for the amazing support and content.
Edit: the problem was my saves from the previous version so delete everything from Sims 4 folder including the saves. I have to start all over again. But it works, right?
//EDIT
Another problem Now. Tried to start again and now I can't see the sims in CAS. And it crashes in game
//EDIT
Solution found! (for missing sims)
Use the alternate download link for the Ultimate Fix. Thanks for helping!

First: as long as nobody replied to you, please click on the "edit"-button on your post, if you want to add stuff to the message. Posting multiple times in a row is considered as spamming on here, so please keep that in mind (I just merged all your posts into one).
As for your actual issue, I'm guessing that your anti-virus or other "security"-software deleted important crack-files. First, add the install location of your Sims 4 game to the "exceptions" of your anti-virus. Do the same with "Windows Defender" too (or turn that one off completely).
Then you try re-applying the latest Ultimate fix, and see if that improves anything in your game.
