Can not launch setup. [SOLVED] Empty Can not launch setup. [SOLVED]

I just downloaded the torrent and read the installation instructions. Then tried to open The_Sims_4_Setup.exe but was met with the message, "Can not launch such kind of file. File types that contain executable code, like .exe, .bat, .js and so on can't be launched." 

I don't understand. I have WinZip. Do I need a different kind of program?

As stupid as it sounds: you ARE using Windows, right ? And not Mac OS ?


And you should use WinRAR for extracting the contents. Get WinRAR 4.20 here:

I downloaded WinRar 4.20 and everything seems to be working just fine!!
