Sims 4 setup.exe cannot execute. [SOLVED]

hello
  I downloaded the sims 4 but i get two errors when i try to run the setup.exe this one

!   Cannot execute "C:\Users\chris\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EXa0.454\The_Sims_4_Setup.exe"
and this one The_sims_4_Setup.exe will be compressed only after closing the application using it.Modifications will be lost if you close WinRAR before that.

It seems like you have clicked open when you were downloading. Try redownloading but pressing save. The installation guide is corrupted as well.

works great i found the problem my antiviruse was still on
