Just started happening...anyone else?

The sim's picture should be in the right hand corner....its not there but their mood changes...any idea why this is?

I don't assume you installed any mods or CC in the meantime (right before this happened) ? Is the glitch still happening - even after playing on for a while ?
And do you have the "laptop mode" (in the options menu of Sims 4) enabled, by chance ?

I do have mods and CC but I have not downloaded anything recently before this happened? I have been playing with the same CC and mods for days. and yes actually it is. I keep turning it off but it keeps coming back on...very annoying.

Sorry for the very late reply, but are you still having that issue ?
Did you configure your anti-virus program correctly ? Did you add the install location of the game to the exclusions of your anti-virus ? Also, please make sure you add the download location of your internet browser stuff (Chrome/Firefox) to the exclusions too.
Next, do you still have the .RAR of the Ultimate fix ? If yes, re-extract all contents, and re-apply them, to the install location. If you don't have the .RAR anymore, re-download the fix.

No problems at all here. It just fixed itself. I'm not sure why but itnis not doing it anymore.

To be safe, try saving the game under a NEW name, next time you play/save. This will help avoid (a bit) any potential savegame corruptions, which - according to rumours - happens very frequently in TS4.
And of course, from then on, load the "newly named" savefile only, from the game's main menu, when playing.
