Sims 3 Houseboat issue Empty Sims 3 Houseboat issue

In the Sims 3 Island Paradise, When I purchase a houseboat I can't see the furniture in live-mode. i also can't adjust the wall view or move from floor to floor. 
I can only see my furniture in buy mode.
It's not just one house boat that I have this problem with.

I'm not sure if this is just a houseboat issue , because when I went to my neighbors house I couldn't see their furniture either. 
However, In my previous on-land house and in resorts, & other lots I can see the furniture.

Have you recently started to use new mods or cc, changed any settings in-game or graphic settings?

Hello jiae,

Do you see something like a metallic ball in buy-mode ? Look very carefully on that houseboat/lot. Is there something like a ball ?

I think your issue is caused by a so-called "seasonal lot marker", and the issues surrounding it are highly complex (and I'm myself not too familiar with that stuff). But with such a marker, you can adjust the furniture on a lot, so that certain things only show up in different seasons. 

It's not used very often, and those (few) people who DO use that in their builds, only use it on community lots normally.

In your case, I guess this lot already - by default - has such a seasonal lot marker. But can you make sure to look for it in buy-mode ? Smile
