Sims 3 Collection Questions [SOLVED]

Sorry if the information I am looking for is posted somewhere on the forums...I've searched and searched but couldn't find what I was looking for.

On The Sims 3 Complete Collection I am wondering what is all included in the collection? Which expansion packs (I'm assuming all) but also are the stuff packs included and which ones also any store content like the neighborhoods and which ones?

My second question is on this Collection will I still have to download and use the Sims 3 Ultimate fix or is everything included within this download?

It has all the Expansion and Stuff packs. store content and the fix is not included, but is still needed. Follow this and you should be fine- https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
