Codes instead of text Empty Codes instead of text

After applying the latest Ultimate Fix update, I've noticed some codes where text should be.  Any one else having this issue/know of a solution?

Are you using any mods or custom content for Sims 4 ? If yes, do make sure to remove everything for now. And are you sure you really replaced ALL of the old folders/files, when copying and pasting the Ultimate fix ?
