How to export a family and a house with all CC used?

How can I export a family and a house with all CC I've used on them? I used both packages and sims3packs, also some decrapped store content.
If I use these exports in a brand new game, will these downloads install as sims3packs or will be put into the Mods folder?

Hello! That's a great question!! I really wish I knew of a way, because I actually install all the CC BEFORE I am able to use it (manually), then I install the lot I desire to play/build...
I am working on a world for about three years, and I will have to release a torrent with all the store content and CC that I use, so people can install it before playing, or the game will replace whatever it doesn't find with anything it fells is more like the object it can't find...
Would anybody here know of a technique of making a sims3pack or a package file that includes a lot or a world AND everything that was used on it? I would also LOVE to find out!!
