Bakery Empty Bakery

Alright so this isn't an issue I'm having, just a question I have. I was looking through some stuff on the Youtube, and came across a video for a bakery. It said you could only get it through the TS3 site and download from there. But I guess what I'm wondering is, do you guys have it? If so please please let me get it. I think it's awesome and would love to have it.
