The sims3 all over again Help. [SOLVED]

I bought a new hp laptop ( the latest ).
so I have to install the sims3 on my new laptop but the game
does not work its full of errors I installed and uninstalled it
three times (following the instructions carefully)
stell not working I'm tired What should I do
i need to install all the Extensions thats the way i like to play
the game Please help me
