Deformed Animals?

I am new here and I have no idea what I am doing, I am a total  . My problem though is my animals on TS3 are deformed. The horses mouths are stuck to their legs, the dogs and cats are missing patches of skin. All the animals have see through holes in them and it's a bit disappointing since I can not create any pets without them being.. misshaped! I did not mind enough to say something but It's kind of wasting precious space on my computer so I decided to do something about it. I downloaded The Sims 3 Complete collection and have re-installed it, installed the Ultimate fix (twice to make sure) hoping it would do something but no such luck and went through in game support replies. Plz help as I am at a loss here!


My graphics card is a Intel(R) Q35 Express Chipset Family.

That sounds like a graphic glitch. It's possible that your graphicscard isn't supported. What make and model is your graphicscard?
