Ok this forum sucks ass. You guys read my **** but don't answer it. what's the point of asking something if no one is going to answer. I should just buy the **** game.

Wow buddy they're not robots, they do what they can, be patient I'm sure you'll get an answer a bit later, while waiting try to search in the forum if what you ask has not already a solution

Like really what makes you think that the G4TW team can handle everything on this site and answer EVERYONE'S questions and stuff? like really take a look, they help people out and if they can't others on this site help each other out. The negativity is real, but antagonizing the team isn't cute.

As the previous posters indicated, note that we cannot get back to all posts immediately, right after they show up. It was to a large extent possible in the past, but unfortunately not now anymore. Also keep in mind that (despite all the "hooray" that comes up when G4TW is recruiting new staff, like here for example), new people who are really capable of assisting the users with all sorts of issues, are extremely hard to find.
If you are still interested, I will get back to your (other) post, later on. But if you still find that this forum "sucks": you may go elsewhere for your questions then.

Listen, pal, we're all volunteers here. That someone looked at your topic doesn't mean that that was a team member.
I know that at least 4 team members are so far out of your time zone that it was the middle of the night when you posted your topics and they were probably sleeping. Myself included.
None of us is earning money doing this and yes, that includes the admins. Everyone does their best to answer all topics and it's hard at times. You can't really expect an answer within a matter of hours, that's just not realistic.
We're happy to help you out, just be patient and remember that we have lives outside the forum.

Beyond what has been said already, please acknowledge that Games4theworld is not related to EA/Microsoft/etc., so we don't 'function' in the same manner as the more professional customer support services.
Also, note that if you do not get a reply within 24 hours after posting your question, you may send a team member a private message, to kindly ask them to take a look at your problem(s). The discussion reminds me a little bit of the (in hindsight) poor girl who once tweeted a post about "Barraco Barner" (a.k.a. the US president Barack Obama), and said the "typo" was due to the autocorrect feature in her smartphone. She then had to endure an epic backlash from too many angry social media users.

I'm not so much surprised about the person who made that tweet, but rather about the backlash of these "angry other users", and even certain media outlets who reported on that. But yes, seems common these days, this type of backlash.
