Cant Install CC!

Hello! So I wanted to install some CC on my game. They were a .sims3pack file so I double clicked it, and it opened the launcher. Then it opened up the little window to downlooad it. After it "finished" it said there was an error because I had to update something, but everything is up to date.. pleasee help!

What kind of CC is that ? And where did you get them from ?
Are these maybe store items from the official Sims 3 store ? If yes, you won't be getting that error, if you download them from games4TheWorld here. A number of those store items can be found here:http://www.games4theworlddownloads.org/
In case it's not store items, you can tr decrapifying them, see this guide here for more details:
