Characters not changing

For some reason my characters aren't changing their career outfits in get to work. My sim is still dressed like a beginner medical intern instead of a doctor. Same for the detective track. What am I doing wrong?

At what level of the career is your sim right now ? And are you using any mods or custom content for Sims 4 ?
